A consideration of plans for Kemper Arena is going to come up again very soon and behind the scenes there's a lot of work going into convincing council members to go with a working biz model rather than a youngster/sports money loser championed by the same firm working subterfuge facade improvements for the many empty buildings left behind by the school district.
