Tamika Pledger is accused of running down the four teenagers in her car. In the aftermath of a tragic crash, 16-year-old Tierra Smith died as a result of her injuries.
Since last year she has been filing motions to dismiss her case that some have described a "sovereign citizen" argument to deny the court's authority against her.
