  1. Buck was one of Kansas City's best. He never earned a lot playing baseball but he still gave back to his community. He was working to help youngsters throughout KC until the day he died.

    Modern sports players would do well to learn a thing or two from him. It's a shame we have so many millionaire athletes in KC but most of them just care about their new cars or playing grab ass with their news weather girl groupies.

  6. I thought it was a bit much when they sent his dead ass to the taxidermist and mounted his head in the Negro Baseball Museum, but that is what happens when you have a bunch of Watusis running things at 18th and Vine.
