Funny theses same people opposed to Garmin don't care that just over a mile away Olathe Hospital is doing a huge expansion. The traffic issues on 151st street isn't bad coming from Garmin but coming from the two schools to the east across the street it is.
ReplyDeleteThis is more of people building next to commercial/light industry zoned property and then bitching when a thriving business who creates jobs and supports the community needs to add on more space.
Worried about the value of your house, then I suggest you move real fast and that will be the end of it. The city will pass this expansion as it is about the only thing so far this year that would be good for that city.

ReplyDeleteIf anyone is waiting for KCK public Works to their job, they'll be waiting a long time. Just one of the many good old boy clubs. Can't finish a job on time, their word written or spoken means nothing. KCK is one big sink hole or is it one big hell hole?
