A note of Kansas City reconciliation for Sunday . . .
KMBC: Frank White announces plans to return to Kauffman Stadium
Deets . . .
"White, who took part in the actual construction of Kauffman Stadium before his Major League career began, later managed in the Royals minor league system, worked in the team’s front office and in the broadcast booth. He later coached with the Kansas City T-Bones and was elected to the Jackson County Legislature last fall.
"White has been in a long-term feud with the franchise. He did not return to Kauffman Stadium in the fall during the team’s unexpected run to the World Series.
"On his Twitter account Sunday, White said he would be back at the stadium, three days before his 65th birthday."

Mr. Tony,
ReplyDeleteMr Frank White is a great person. He has bounced back each and every time that he was kicked in the shin.
Looking forward to seeing him at the stadium!
Hope he runs for Jackson County Executive.
Cheers to Frank White!!!
ReplyDeleteol Flint likes this blog thing. Heck, it got a talking pig. Thats cool.
ReplyDeleteYeah, well he's still a fucking NIGGER. Never, ever forget that.
ReplyDelete4:56 Crabby this early, or what?
ReplyDeleteHave never, ever seen or heard anything negative on Frank White. He gave more than he got to MLB and T-bones. He was generous with autographs always and a great role model.
My friend (woodsmith) finished cabinets when the Whites were building in south joco 20+ years ago. His 'everyman' personna then and now is genuine.
If I was a hater I'd want to fling a signed fastball right to your big mouth.
If we could only get him back in the broadcast booth.
ReplyDeleteToo bad 6:17. You continue to love those NIGGERS and I'll just continue to hate em. Hey, works for me!
