Well, EXCUSE ME, but news anchors typically make good money, and when you enter that business you know it's a game based upon physical appearance, ratings, reading the propaganda off the teleprompter accurately, etc.
One local station has recently hired a couple of college kids as their evening anchors.
In the near future, they'll have high school kids reading the news for minimum wage, and bikini-clad hotties doing the weather! It's all ENTERTAINMENT folks.
Fuller is a great reporter, any city is lucky to have her. This is Kansas City's loss.
