Over-hyped Kansas City BBQ has now met his match with a much more convenient, lower calorie and better brisket sandwich.
To wit . . .
KANSAS CITY BBQ HAS BEEN SHAMED BY STARBUCKS GIVEN THE FAR BETTER OFFERING!!!
Link to accompany the promo pic . . .
Slow-cooked beef brisket with smoky BBQ sauce, Gordon Biersch beer-braised onions and Sonoma Jackā¢ cheese, then layer it on toasted sourdough bread to give you the ultimate taste of San Francisco.
Of course the reviews have been mixed and quick service restaurant industry insiders really see this as an affront to Subway and McDonald's . . .
However . . .
THE STARBUCKS BBQ SANDWICH OFFERS A VIABLE ALTERNATIVE TO NASTY KANSAS CITY BBQ JOINTS!!!
Don't get it twisted . . . Most local bbq tastes like cardboard and I'm sure this is no exception . . . However, Starbucks is slightly cleaner, with much more friendly staff and far less attitude than Kansas City bbq joints . . . Even better, there no enduring any of the dumb opinions about politics, life and sauce from locals at Starbucks in a stark contrast to so many horrible homespun places that easily run $50 a pop for a two person lunch. Sure, there a few hobos to navigate away from . . . BUT . . . Here's the main advantage of Starbucks BBQ . . . Denizens of the chain coffee place can put on headphones and tune out everyone for infinite and far better entertainment opinions available online . . . Most local Starbucks are equipped with Google Fiber.
For these reasons . . . Starbucks BBQ is a much better option than far more arrogant and overrated Kansas City options.
