KCTV5: Man dead, another injured in Kansas City shooting
KMBC: 1 dead, 1 injured in shooting that started inside a KCMO home
Fox4: According to police, a second shooting victim was found a few blocks away from the scene. Police said they think the second victim had been shot at the home on E. 77th Terrace.
We're still waiting for an update from the Kansas City Daily Homicide Analysis but there could be as many TWO DOZENS MURDERS SO FAR THIS YEAR IN KANSAS CITY PROPER and that doesn't even begin to count all of the violence that started here and then moved outside city limits . . . Sorry, Grandview.
Unofficially, the count is 23 vs. 19 at this time last year.

The political language has been locked in . . . Incumbent politicos are trumpeting a homicide reduction last year that may Kansas City Insiders in the know are crediting to work by EMTs . . . Meanwhile, the warmer weather has given way to increased Kansas City murder and violence despite the latest talking points from politicos working toward reelection.
Maybe those idiotic cops can do the electric slide in the area of the murders. People will see another side of them and confess.
