Right now there's notable conservative candidate renaissance among city council contenders that has been completely unnoticed by mainstream media.
To wit . . .
TKC READERS: PICK YOUR FAVE CONSERVATIVE KANSAS CITY COUNCIL CONTENDER!!!
Here's a bit of description to better inform the decision . . . Clockwise . . .
Heather Hall - She's the only election leader in this crew. With REMARKABLE UPSET PRIMARY VICTORY IN THE PRIMARY she unbalanced her status quo competition and sent her competitors into a tailspin that's being met with desperate political ploys. How'd she do it? She's the only candidate physically capable and humble enough to "walk her district" and go door to door introducing herself to voters and talking with people she hopes to represent.
Also . . .
MORE THAN ANY OTHER CITY COUNCIL CANDIDATE . . . HEATHER HALL SUPPORTS THE KANSAS CITY POLICE AND IS THE STRONGEST PURE PUBLIC SAFETY ADVOCATE NOT POWERED BY SPECIAL INTERESTS OTHER THAN A REAL CONCERN FOR RANK & FILE COPS!!!
Almost every other candidate in this wicked little town is backed by behind the scenes kingmakers, PACS and/or Mr. Peanut . . . Hall has proven plucky and persistent enough to lay the groundwork for a successful campaign all by her lonesome.
Terrance Nash - By far Mr. Nash is the most knowledgeable fiscal hawk and budget watcher currently running for elected office in Kansas City right now.
NASH IS A LONGTIME CITY HALL WATCHDOG AND TOURISTY FROU-FROU RAIL TRANSIT FIGHTER!!!
Voters who might've liked outgoing Councilman Russ Johnson, will hate Terrence Nash. He knows the numbers better than anybody else and has already expressed his opposition to the Mayor's toy train extension, downtown hotel AND new airport.
Jay Hodges - He's a longshot and I have no idea why he's posing next to a glory hole in his campaign photo BUT the former Mayor Sly staffer has raised more than a few eyebrows.
FANS OF JAY HODGES TOUT THE FACT THAT HE'S A CCW ADVOCATE AND STAUNCH GUN RIGHTS SUPPORTER!!!
Deserved or not, denizens of the urban core don't seem to have taken a liking to Mr. Hodges for reasons that aren't entirely political . . . Still, this young Conservative dude might have a bright future on the other, newer, more hopeful side of the bridge.
And so . . .
PICK YOUR FAVORITE KANSAS CITY CONSERVATIVE CONTENDER AND REALIZE A CLEAR POLITICAL SHIFT ON THE OUTSKIRTS OF THIS TOWN!!!
While the tenor of Kansas City elections are taking a decidedly urban core and Downtown tone . . . These candidates seem to trumpet a different approach to Democratic Party dominated local politics.
Developing . . .
Damn there's a lot of Irish people in Kansas City.
ReplyDeleteBetting that they all lose and that ballots "somehow" disappear.
ReplyDeleteThis is KCMO after all.
Clay and platte county run the elections north of the river.
Delete'Sorry to hear that Hodges is considered a conservative. I expect liberals to be government cronies -- they simply want to transfer wealth. But when I run across a conservative government crony, I know that I've found an amateur proctologist -- someone who wants to change my behavior with the force of government.
ReplyDeleteOn the earnings tax, Heather Hall waffles: “I’m not for it or against it.” She says she will “stand up for the Northland on public safety, fiscal transparency, infrastructure and small business growth.” However, when asked how she would do this she never has an answer. Yes, it would be good to have a conservative on the council, but every time she opens her mouth she shows voters that she has no clue how government works. Can we really afford to have someone like her in office for at least four years? I'm voting for Dick Davis. Even as a conservative I prefer an experienced candidate.
ReplyDeleteHeather Hall "REMARKABLE UPSET"???? 70% of voters in her district voted for one of the other 3 candidates. She has a long way to go.
ReplyDeleteI'd fuck Heather Hall in her ass. Then cum all over her face and tits.
ReplyDeleteNigger McNiggerson of the Sheboon Party.
ReplyDeleteHall gets my vote! She's not part of the good ole boys network does not want to see billions wasted by your buddy 2:52' Davis. Nice how you quote the star which surprisingly backs davis. Funny how the star prints propaganda for incumbents.
ReplyDeletePlease then tell me what Hall will do if elected and how she will achieve it.
DeleteIt's a shame to see the filthy firefighters run a smear campaign against Hall. You guys know she's married to a police officer, right? Are you still trying to avenge the death of Anthony Bruno?
ReplyDeleteDo we know how any of these candidates stand on the issue of unsolicited bulk email?
ReplyDeleteIt seems like that is a forgotten issue.
@3:57 - That is uncalled for, way out of line. Even for this blog.
ReplyDeleteYou shit bird.
It's about voting and issues, not personal vendettas. If you don't like a candidate or organization, speak about intelligently. Don't just throw stupid attacks out there like that. You don't know you're talking about obviously and you need to keep your mouth shut!
Jay Hodges is a Sly sockpuppet.
ReplyDeleteIf you are going to call yourself a conservative, maybe you actuall need to back policies that "conserve" shit, not ruin, waste and wreck our government and the critical services it provides to citizens. Don't like it, get the fuck out. Its easy to do. Move to Salina or Joplin or any other rethuglican paradise. Enjoy the jobs prospects and beautiful society of places like Alabama and Mississippi.
ReplyDeleteLike Jeff Roe sending a bulk email news letter for Ted Cruz stating the 2nd Amendment's reason for a second civil war
ReplyDelete"You guys know she's married to a police officer, right?"
ReplyDeleteSo in other words, she's about to walk out on him? "Conservative"? Sure.
Same crap different day, shit sack?
ReplyDeleteNow you been noticed on TKC. Impressive!
Can someone please tell me what Heather Hall plans to do if elected and how she would accomplish it?
ReplyDeleteHopefully the "new" council will be amarter than the "old" council and will fire that asshole Schulte.
ReplyDeleteHall will show up and actually be awake during council meetings, snore...............
ReplyDelete8:13 how about you email and ask her, dipshit, not really rocket science.
ReplyDeleteAlready did.....same answers as she gives everyone else...."I'm neither for it or against it" There's a reason why everyone outside of Liberty she sought endorsements from told her she didn't have a clue how city government operates.
DeleteTHINK HALL MIGHT BE MORE A TEA PARTY PERSON AND WONT'S BE SO EASY WITH THE CASH AT CITY HALL,LOOK OUT FIRE FIGHTERS
ReplyDeleteLook out us! We're soon to be more underserved by cuts to FD & PD. Zero sum's for public safety while seems big fat bucks going to 'eco devo' ponzis right and left. Guess we should grab our guns and keep the garden hose on...damn it's another DIY.
DeletePublic Safety already receives 70% of the General Fund. How much more do they need? And what will Hall cut to give it to them?
DeleteNASH WILL BE THE BEST BET FOR NEIGHBORHOODS AND KEEPING THE SPENDING UNDER CONTROL
ReplyDeleteLOAR COULD END UP THE BEST BET FOR THE NORTHLAND AND HELP THE NEW CITY COUNCIL TO MAKE GOOD DECESIONS IN LEADING CITY HALL BY KNOWING HER WAY AROUND IN CITY GOVERMENT.
ReplyDeleteBottom line if they are incumbent VOTE them out! They are the problem. Remove the incumbents and you remove Sly's power. Vote the worthless current city council out and let's Move the city forward..
ReplyDeleteEasy on the ALL CAPS, lay off the redbull, DICK!
ReplyDeleteElecting Loar would be like re-electing Ford.
ReplyDelete@357 Assumptions and you know what that makes you. So, merits and issues advocacies remain to be fully asserted by this candidate. Trust WHEN verified.
ReplyDeleteNash would be Slysters worst nightmare. I'm voting for him just to slow up Sly's greased slipperyslide to hell mentality with our money.
