Frontera's did well there. I doubt it was a scam. They have one in Lenexa and another getting close to opening in Gardner so they have been doing really well. I hope they rebuild. That location was not a really good spot though. Tons of places have failed there, including Tanners. The ease of getting in and out of there was poorly designed.
