As of this writing, here is the news links that do no show the mugshot in question and related to the 1st Degree robbery charge.

Fox4: "Hakeem Willie Malik has been charged in the shooting death of Jon Bieker, 44, one of the co-owners of “She’s a Pistol” gun shop in Shawnee located at 5725 Nieman Road, who died late Friday afternoon, January 9. Malik has been charged with aggravated robbery and first degree murder."

KSHB: "Midgyett, Wiley and Patterson were injured after police said they and Malik attempted to rob the gun store on Friday, and the three remain under police guards at area hospitals. Malik was not injured and is currently in jail."
