At the very least, if you have to get rude with wait staff . . . It needs to be as creative as that Jack Nicholson scene in 5 Easy Pieces. Or just smile, don't tip and don't come back.

KSHB: Missouri man charged with felony after alleged racial slur in restaurant
Deets:
"Nodaway County Prosecuting Attorney Robert Rice announced Wednesday that he charged 65-year-old Tommy Dean Gaa, of Maryville, with felony assault motivated by discrimination.
"The Maryville Daily Forum reports Gaa is accused of confronting the waitress on Sunday and grabbing her arm, causing bruising. A probable cause statement says Gaa said "I have a place I would like to take you where I hung your grandpa" and used racial slurs.
"Gaa was released from the Nodaway County Jail on $4,900 bond. Online records don't indicate if he has an attorney."

This is a very flimsy case and I seriously doubt a jury would send a man to prison under these circumstances. This guy is most guilty of being a dumb ass.

Let's examine how the media chose to describe it:
KCTV5 has a headline reading--"Missouri man charged with felony after alleged racial slur" WTF? A felony for verbally using a racial slur? I think not. I believe the felony charge was because he put his hands on her.
The Associated Press, and repeated by KSHB41, had a headline stating--"Missouri man charged with felony after alleged racial slur in restaurant" Just as before, this is a distortion of law.
So, as to the media's reporting, one must ask the question "why did they attempt to imply that using racial slurs will lead to felony charges?"
If one examines the statement from the Maryville Police Department--"He volunteered his opinion that, 'There are good white people, there's bad white people, there's good (n-word) and there's bad (n-word),' according to a report from the Maryville Police Department."
Isn't it absolutely preposterous when a police department and media outlets censor themselves from using a word to accurately report the truth of what happened?
In this case, I think the rude Maryville man and the censoring media can both (F-word) themselves!!!!!!!!!!! hahahaha
