Quick polling returns from our KICK-ASS TKC COMMUNIQUE SUBSCRIBERS COMMUNITY that offers a surprising result.
To wit . . .
VOTERS CHOOSE KCNoVA AS THE MOST EFFECTIVE KANSAS CITY ANTI-VIOLENCE EFFORT!!!
By a margin of more than DOUBLE the closest competitor including Mayor Sly's anti-gun efforts, Ad Hoc Group Against Crime and Aim4Peace . . . Our blog community believes this effort is more effective than any other.
Here are a few subscriber quotes on the subject:
Praise for KCNoVA:
"We've seen great results from Nova in Northeast. Gun control is an attempt for the mayor to say he's doing something while offering no real solutions. KC needs to reinvest in urban youth by supporting KCPS to provide wrap around services that they're not getting from home and extra curricular activities that keep kids active in school, rather than breaking into homes and getting involved in gangs. KCPD is great, but more diversity and officers living in the precincts they serve should be a goal."
Full Employment Is The Best Anti-Crime Effort:
"It appears we are only trying to keep the the murder rate static at 105 body's per year. It cost a lot of money but it flips houses and keeps the prisons full. It's a dirty business and nobody want to admit they are part of the problem by doing nothing.
"I didn't see summer jobs for teens and vocational training, GED, OSHA training.
"There simply is no Labor Party in the State of Missouri."
Targeting A City Hall Program:
"Aim4Peace is a joke, their numbers are phony and they serve simply as a jobs program for the politically connected. Save KCMO some money. Cancel that program."

ReplyDeleteThere was a woman walking around Brookside the day after Christmas asking people if they would contribute 50 cents or a dollar to her Aim4Peace fundraiser. I highly doubt that it was a legit fundraiser.
I thought the group was TKCNoVA for all the pussy that Tony doesn't get.
ReplyDeleteCheck NOVA #. Cool summer lowered the homicide rate. Shootings still high. All politics. Mean Jean AG, Mayor reelected, police officials promoted. Politics.
