In the 5th District we've heard of a great deal of frustration over the embattled Council Dude that has inspired a renewed interest in the City Council office. Edward Bell has surfaced as a contender which is interesting because he's aligned with MO State Rep. Brandon Ellington and could prove to be a noteworthy contender.
