The Skyscraper milkshake served at Winstead's on The Country Club Plaza is a nice Kansas City tradition that could kill the diabetic or lactose intolerant but comes with a song that introduces an impressive compilation of sugar and syurp.

And while the guy isn't a hottie like Rosie Jones (few are) his feat is nearly as impressive given that he was confronted with 3lbs of milkshake and DID NOT immediately back down.
