TKC READER: REMEMBER KANSAS CITY ROYALS LOVE RUSTY KUNTZ!!!

TKC Note: This important e-mail proves once again that there are at least a few readers who know exactly what we're trying to accomplish with this blog . . . Many thanks. Now read this . . .

Rusty Kuntz

"Uh, you have failed repeatedly to mention about one of the key officials from the Royals coaching staff -- Rusty Kuntz. Not only did he have a key role in the 1984 world series, he has been intimately involved in the Royals since 2012.

"Kuntz is well respected by the players on the team. They all like Kuntz. They have benefitted from having ample access to Kuntz during the season. Kuntz has been able to whip the team into a mean set of ballers.

"The contributions of Kuntz worth remembering on this team, especially now."
