This afternoon mainstream media sports newsies are abuzz over leaked photos featuring the INSANELY OPULENT CLARK HUNT LUXURY SUITE @ ARROWHEAD STADIUM.

To wit . . .

WHAT'S MISSING FROM THIS CONVERSATION IS THAT JACKSON COUNTY TAXPAYERS ARE PRETTY MUCH SUBSIDIZING THE CLARK HUNT BILLIONAIRE LUXURY SUITE!!!

The stadium taxes passed in 2006 wanted a rolling roof that covered both Arrowhead and The K . . . But that's a pretty old political trick that most newsies couldn't see through . . . "Ask for double what you really want" so any compromise still ends up in an overall win.

In fairness, The Hunt Family (i.e. Daddy's cash) contributed $125 Mil to the recent renovation effort . . . However, Kansas City-area voters approved a sales tax increase to fund $212.5 million of the renovations and Missouri taxpayers also invested in the improvements to the stadium worth more than $375 million.

All the while, taxpayers hoped the cash wouldn't be wasted like this:



Some of these photos are seriously obscene and put the NFL good life under even more scrutiny . . . Consider the cash crunch this town is facing with a bevy of old and busted infrastructure and juxtapose THAT with these pix.



This isn't just a Jackson County problem either . . . Kansas City kicks in more than $1 MILLION BUCKS EVERY YEAR to Arrowhead in a deal that makes everyone @ 12th & Oak partially responsible for this national embarrassment.

Here's a line from a sports site that puts this Kansas City taxpayer supported opulence in perspective even when compared to other NFL honchos . . .
