ReplyDeleteIt is interesting to ponder what effect legalization would have on the ghetto economy because there's a good chunk of money made dealing weed. Or maybe there would be not much effect like is happening in Colorado because the legal stuff is pricey and only available to 21 and over. That leaves a large black market which leaves room for a continuing war on drugs...sigh.
