Turns out that Kansas Senator Pat Pettey is the not-so-proud owner of a WyCo property that's earning more than a bit of complaints.
Check it:
KSHB: KCK neighbors calls elected official a 'slumlord'
Deets:
"Neighbors in the Argentine neighborhood in Kansas City, Kan., fighting to get several homes in better shape were surprised when they found out who owned the two they consider the biggest eyesores . . . There is one home along the street that receives the most complaints. She says many who live next door are afraid to talk to the people who rent the home. 41 Action News discovered that home is owned by Kansas Senator Pat Pettey."
Here's Sen. Pettey's Legislative Profile which includes an e-mail address for Argentine resident to maybe forward a few informative links.
Developing . . .
Of course she is a Democrat. These guys just dont practice what they preach.
ReplyDeletefo five hunded a monf I xpect granite countertopz nigga
ReplyDeleteJesus Christ ... that house looks like something out of a Lil' Abner comic strip. I can almost see the still in the back yard. Oh wait. It's not a still. It's a meth cooker.
ReplyDeleteDamn! We knew the politicians were involved in the drug trade but this is blatant as hell!
ReplyDeleteThanks for letting everyone see why KCK is a hell hole. This is a long standing cat fight between two spoiled women. Holland must enjoying they hell out of this. Keeps him away from their claws for a few hours.
ReplyDeleteNo mystery why people are moving out of Wyandotte County and Kansas.
11:09 what does spoiled women have to with a slumlord
ReplyDeleteMean Girls Fight Club of Wyandotte County.
ReplyDeleteIn one corner we have the self appointed Queen of Turner. In the other corner, the self appointed Queen of Argentine.
Dirty, stinking Wyandotte County politics, Mean Girls style.
It's perfectly OK!!! I only rent to niggers and white trash. It's either this, a shelter, or under a bridge! My place is a CASTLE to those types!
ReplyDelete35th Street, huh! Don't believe Murguia is the commissioner for that area and Escobar lives in Murguia's district. Of course, that does not stop this dynamic duo from their aggression towards Pettey. Why didn't anyone bother to speak with the renters? Guess it doesn't serve their purpose. They're afraid to speak with them? Give me a break! Okay, Escobar ran against Pettey and lost even with Murguia's help. We know this duo's objective and history. It's so obvious and it's business as usual!
ReplyDeleteFuckin cunt is what she is.
ReplyDelete12:18 the renters declined to go on camera or speak with reporter and the 1300 block is Murguia commission dist go look at the properties your self then tell us you would live in these dumps
ReplyDeleteA politician named Pettey. Hard to believe.
ReplyDelete12:18 one question is it ok to be a slum lord in other districts and if you have questions for Ann go to her Facebook page and ask, don't hide behind these anonymous post
ReplyDelete12:55 apparently you haven't had either one of these ruthless women after you for speaking out in public. If this blog is truly anonymous, it's the only one that is. Those in Wyandotte County appreciate TKC for letting us post anonymously because otherwise, you're toast in Wyandotte County if you cross these women or associates.
ReplyDelete12:55, this is Wyandotte County, not the United States of America. Politics are based on Mafia tactics. You wished you were swimming with the fishes after one of them gets you in their sights on Facebook or a public meeting.
If it was you or me owning a place that decrepit, it would be declared unfit for human habitation and probably bulldozed as a public nuisance.
ReplyDeleteDemocrats are pretty much just like Republicans these days. Only they mouth different platitudes while they're helping the GOP destroy the middle class. This woman is an honorary Republican.
Nice smile PETTEY!!!! DAMMM YOU GOT SOME BIG ASS TEETH
ReplyDeleteReally? Is that why Holland is kissing Sly's ass to bring the RNC to the KC's? Swing the selection committee by this house and show them how bought and paid for politicians do things in Wyandotte County. Nope, he will go directly to the bankrupt Legends and show off place poor people keep in business.
ReplyDeleteThese two women had a lot to do with building and hiding the financial mess West of 435.
This house and others like them are due to the corruption in Wyandotte County and Kansas. Billions of dollars have been in the hands of these women due their positions.
If you dare question them about it, be prepared to confront a bought and paid for Kansas judge to have your life destroyed.
Goddamn!! They got you scared shitless ..don't they! Lol
ReplyDeleteDemocrats are as pure of the driven snow and always looking out for the little guy. (snicker)
ReplyDeleteWyCo is far better than JaCo.
ReplyDelete12:18 Pettey was given the opportunity to go on camera why did she refuse to go on camera what was she hiding
ReplyDeleteAnd why did they interview Esco bar well they contacted on of Pettey friends from Turner who serves on the Housing Task force she advised the reporter to call Escobar
Are you saying WyCo whores are far better than JaCo whores?
ReplyDeleteEsco bar was interviewed because he does as he's told by his handler.
We'll see Pettey when she's ready to get back at Ann. This is a long standing feud. In politics, timing is everything.
I heard Mark Mohler and his boyfriend Jake Miller turned Pettey in, you know they don't like girls they are just trying to start a cat fight
ReplyDeleteI knew Pettey's dad and he was a slumlord just like her. Glad Murguia is finally doing something about it. Hopefully she will turn in all their slummy property not just this one.
ReplyDeleteMaybe she can force Pettey's sister Linda Huggins to pay the back taxes she owes on 1423 S 34th street or at least mow it this year!!
I don't know Murguia or Pettey but I do know this house and it's a shit hole so I guess Murguia is trying to represent the people and clean up the neighborhood and Pettey is not
ReplyDeleteThat house is in Turner and the tenants have moved out because of black mold and falling ceilings.
ReplyDelete
