KMBC: City leaders help break ground on downtown KC apartment tower

Fox4KC: The 25-story complex called “One Light” will be the first high-rise apartment building in downtown since the mid-1970′s. It’s a project Power and Light District executives say is part of a bigger transformation that’s attracting more young professionals to the metro area and boosting the economy.

KC Biz Journal: Leaders of The Cordish Co. and Kansas City praised the progress made in Downtown during the past decade as the group broke ground on the $79 million One Light luxury apartment tower.
