WE REACHED OUT TO TRACY FOR COMMENT ON RECENT MISSOURI RED LIGHT CAMERA LEGAL FAIL BECAUSE IT TURNS OUT SHE WAS RIGHT IN PROTESTING THIS UNCONSTITUTIONAL KANSAS CITY SURVEILLANCE TECH!!!
Review from the Biz Journal: "A Missouri appeals court ruled Wednesday that most red-light camera ordinances violate state law. Kansas City suspended enforcement of its program."
Accordingly . . . Here's what Tracy had to say about the ruling . . .
"This decision speaks to what so many of us in the Liberty Restoration Project were saying all along. The truth has finally come to light. Throughout my time in Kansas City, I repeatedly opposed red light cameras on the grounds that they are unconstitutional and now the courts have confirmed this fact."
However, Tracy won't say it's vindication. Instead she reminds locals to continue the fight for personal liberty and protection of their rights . . .

Tracy Says: "For those people who have received and paid red light camera tickets . . . The wisest course of action might be to petition the court and/or City Hall for a refund. What they did was unconstitutional and it's unfortunate that working people were fined for this illegal misuse of city funds."
The shortfall in revenue these cameras have created makes it clear their City Council approval was unwise and furthermore confirms the legal merits of objection to the surveillance tech. While City Hall and Council Dude John Sharp promises to appeal . . . Their legal fight is now an uphill battle and remaining KC activists against this tech are now emboldened with the latest precedent.

It seems that every time someone is elected into the city council here in KC they are here to term out because you can't get them out of office no matter how fucking retarded or dysfunctionally ineffective they are, just look at circo she did nails for a living and her degree is in general studies for christs sake and that porn hogging revrund who stole city money, flashed himself on his cell phone and his only answer to all of this while being caught in the act was "huuh?" its almost like knowing the milk is out of date and bad yet you have to sniff the shit anyway and then get a surprised look on your face like "what the fuck is that" its all morbid curiosity that people enjoy watching at other peoples expense... stand up for Gods sake and vote every single one of these people out of office!
