RIP Ike.
ReplyDeleteLong Live Lou Reed!
ReplyDeleteI've only heard about Mr. Skelton. From what I've heard he was a real champion for the people. Rest in peace.
ReplyDeleteShit! He owed me $20.00
ReplyDeleteHe really was an old school Pol. He knew that his constituents valued representatives who brought the federal dollars to be spent in the district. Call it earmarks or call it pork, but he brought it home.
ReplyDeleteThat's probably why the (R)'s and the (D)' s can't get anything done because they got rid of earmarks and there's no money to grease things up. Those teabaggers are too fucked up to realize that.
Sorry if I'm thinking of another politician, but didn't Ike have a healthy dose of sour grapes when he lost in 2010?
ReplyDeleteTime to burn in Hell motherfucker!
ReplyDeleteYou know, he could have made a big difference if he had gotten that 18th term!
ReplyDeleteBecause, you know, there wasn't anyone else in the district who was capable.
TERM LIMITS.....it's a good idea.
How can someone who has served 17 terms actually represent his constituents? This is not what representative democracy was intended to be. If term limits are good for the office of president, then they are good for everyone. Otherwise, Bill Clinton would still be President.
ReplyDeleteHe was a true American patriot and hero.
ReplyDeleteFuck You Byron who cares what you think asshole.
ReplyDeleteI agree Byron shut the fuck up nobody likes your ass around here.
ReplyDeleteCome on Tony get rid of this asshole he only comes here to cause trouble. Funk is gone you have no reason to let this peckerhead keep hanging around here stiring up shit.
ReplyDeleteByron's got you boys by the balls
ReplyDeleteAnd it's funny as fuck!!
He hasn't got shit and has no respect for anyone let alone even his own family. You thinking it is funny means you're as fucked up as he is.
ReplyDeleteYou're the one that can't quit him..lol
ReplyDelete11:40 WTF you talking about?
ReplyDeleteWhat's wrong stupid dave??
ReplyDeleteCat got ur tounge?
I know u been commenting anon but why?
You scared?
Lets see you call a man stupid but you can't spell a simple word like tongue. Maybe it's shit streaks like you a part of the reason Superdave and some of the others don't comment anymore. He sure don't at KCC anymore but then nobody else is either since Harley ran all the good commenters off and Byron about to do the same here.
ReplyDeleteIke was a great man and he will be missed.
ReplyDeleteWhy was he a "great man" ?
ReplyDeleteFor those cretins that didn't know or ever even meet MR. Skelton, you missed a chance at interacting with a truly great public servant. Ike was the common man and would gladly take up your cause, if it was at all worthwhile. Rest in peace Congressman....We sure need more like you, now for sure.
ReplyDelete12:20, shut the fuck up Byron.
ReplyDeleteMs. 7:56
ReplyDeleteThat wasn't me. You think I'm the only person that doesn't like Davey?
OK, so he shook your hand once. Glad that you got all tingly, but what made him so great? Next you'll be calling him a "legend".
ReplyDeleteByron Funkhouser....AKA Tony
ReplyDelete10:21 might be right any other blog in KC would have ran him off.
ReplyDeleteWhy??
ReplyDeleteIf he had not supported ObamaCare he would have died in office.
ReplyDeleteMr. Skelton did more than shake hands, you dipshit. He did his job, day in and day out. That's a helluva lot more than I'm sure you can claim, you sick freak.
ReplyDeleteUh-huh. Right.
ReplyDeleteHe died at a hospital sucking on the government tit using his free fucking healthcare.
I mean free to HIM. Not to the taxpayers.
