Now, we've talked this one before but nobody has really asked: Will this project work or is South Kansas City too far gone to save?!?!
After the construction spike that'll mostly go to JoCo (per usual) . . . What's the benefit? Most likely the thousands of workers will be racing home far away from the Bannister site and the first drawings make it seem like nothing more than a show lot for talented car thieves . . . I could be wrong on this one but big plans like this one have flopped in the past and the ambitious project looks good on paper but nowhere else . . .
