"The sexual conduct culminated in a KCPS security guard sending a photo of his penis to Plaintiff's cell phone. Plaintiff told the KCPS security guard to stop this conduct."
Surprisingly, it gets worse and even more dangerous . . .
"As the plaintiff was driving going home from work, Plaintiff was in her car on her cell phone when the KCPS Security Guard called her. His vehicle was close to the Plaintiff's. He drove right behind the Plaintiff as if he was going to crash into the back of her car. He then changed lanes and swerved as if he was going to hit Plaintiff. A police officer witnessed the conduct and pulled over the car but since the driver was a security guard, the police office let him go."
We'll have more deets as this thing moves along but this story reveals that trouble for the embattled KCPS extends beyond the classroom.

ReplyDelete1. Absorbing 17,000 students into other area districts and over 60 buildings is not going to be easy or cheap so stop saying dissolve the district.

3. Any large business has had is share of sexual harassment complaints so why should the school district be any different? Even if the situation did occur, how is the district liable? Did they ignore the complaint? Highly unlikely is this day and age. Businesses are not stupid.
There is a message being sent out in KC that with power - even just "perceived" power- anything goes. Rules/laws don't apply. Proof: Brooks, Cleaver, LaFever, the gun toting guy who works for Jones and on and on...

ReplyDeleteYou know what I’d like to know? How many of KCMO residents actually pay their personal property taxes that fund these schools? On the east side probably no one but west of Troost it seems like every other car residing overnight in KCMO has JoCo plates and on Dec 31st I’m the one stuck paying for this B.S. “school” district.
