Sadly, the Kansas City Health Care Levy didn't pay for more security . . . Just exorbitant salaries for executives.

And of course this news is exceptionally tragic given that the man in question probably only needed to extend his stay for a few days in order to get the same result at this Kansas City urban core hospital.

  9. In fear of their lives, KCPD quickly responded and pumped 8 more rounds into him claiming he flinched and was obviously trying to resist and commit felony assault on a police officer.
