MAYOR AND COUNCIL APPROVE ONE MILLION+ TO STUDY SECOND PHASE OF KANSAS CITY TOY TRAIN STREETCAR!!!

KC Biz Journal and elected officials railroading voters and refusing to wait for a vote or a verdict to start their plans: "Kansas City will enter into a $1.89 million contract with a team led by architecture firm BNIM to lead the study of the potential placement of lines in the second phase of the streetcar project."

    This is why they need money from the surrounding counties to pay for the stadium and the ZOO.

    Streetcar from Downtown to the Plaza is exactly what's missing in this town, transit wise.

    A good spine of fixed route transit would do wonders for our city.
