Cassie is one of the most underrated pop stars in my opinion . . . Her recent Esquire photo goodness proves as much . . . Also . . . Check the roundup of Kansas City propaganda via Dead Tree Media . . .
- We reported on this last month and now it's City Hall reality: New ethics code, approved Thursday, says Kansas City employees can't accept gifts worth more than $1,000.
- Confirmation of a really bad Kansas City soccer deal . . . The Kansas City Council has endorsed a $13.4 million improvement that will add six fields and other amenities to the current soccer complex. . . . Star doesn't really report widespread criticism of the park that ignores minority hiring requirements.
- And here are high hopes for the KCPS that DO NO INCLUDE NUMBERS FROM THE STATE. So basically this is just an adventure in PR: First test score returns look promising for Kansas City Public Schools
KCPS is dead.
ReplyDeleteThe children deserve good news when it is earned. Who among us are naysayers and baby haters?
ReplyDeleteKCPS is getting better. Who in the hell could expect it to do a 180 in two years? It will take time after 40 years of going down the tubes. Dr. Green is a good man who is working hard and seems to have a solid plan. He does not pretend to be superman.
ReplyDeleteKeep lying to students and you'll just be teaching liars.
ReplyDeleteWhat "minority hiring requirements" are you referring to, TKC? Please cite chapter and verse.
ReplyDeleteWhy hire minorities to build it when the very same minority is going to destroy it. Is this some kind of case for job security? Keep building in these neighborhoods so that the local apes have a playground to destroy. Why don't they hire "caretakers" to go around early in the morning and pick up bottles, condoms, and bodies.
ReplyDeleteKansas City employees can still accept up to $15,000, if they're NIGGERS and promise to bring another NIGGER to town. Then, it's ok.
ReplyDeleteGuess I'm going to have to lower my stud fee to $999.00 so Cindy doesn't get in trouble.
ReplyDeleteI agree. Props to Dr Green for getting the district moving in the right direction. Now if we can replace most of the board with competent, qualified individuals we will really be on a roll. Rea, Hile, Jackson all good folks, too.
