TKC EXCLUSIVE!!! MEN'S RIGHTS FIGHT: RAGE AGAINST GOLDEN GHETTO DOMESTIC VIOLENCE PROSECUTION TACTICS!!!

This Sunday morning we want to feature an interesting story sent our way but a Johnson County resident who seems to be frustrated with the tactics used to enforce Domestic Violence Prevention that are seemingly based largely on political correctness.

His testimony is captivating and alleges discrimination on may fronts . . . Take a look:

"I was charged & being prosecuted for Misdemeanor Domestic Battery. Jury trial is set for the 6th & 7th of May. FACTS: 100% innocent. My fiance never made any 911 call, reports or statements to GPD. Saying I Battered her in any way. She has stated this repeatedly to the GPD & D.A. There were no physical signs of assault at all. We were at the Gardner pool with our two boys last June. The place was packed, at least 200 people. We were in our lounge chairs and were horseplaying with the boys & each other. I had gotten loud and yelled at a group of kids for running up & down the isle. (1) lady decided to call the police. GPD showed up & asked if my fiance was ok that there was a report I was hitting her. She said that was crazy. The young man sitting off to the right (stranger) said that was ridiculous. The officer was satisfied that someone overreacted. He said to keep it down & left. 10 Min. Later I decide to speak w/ the Manager. 4 GPD Officers are there and placed me under arrest for D.B......the original officer told me his supervisor ordered them to arrest me. Out of 200 patrons & 20 pool staff only this (1) lady said she witness me hit (repeatedly) Christine. This is the ONLY shred of evidence the prosecution has. I was never approached by pool staff or anyone. Here's the reason for my arrest: I am an ex-con for a "20" year old unarmed robbery conviction. They ran my name and only then decided to make the arrest & Charge. I am a good citizen that is reformed and worked my way to obtaining my Umpire's Certification and a well respected official in the KC Metro area."

"Johnson County's policy to arrest and prosecute D.B.s no matter what is a machine that destroys families lives. Prosecution should be reserved for those who have truly assaulted, battered, and abused. Jo.Co. hires interns to help prosecute D.B. Cases and touts its internship program by offering 1st chair during JURY TRIALS. I am being prosecuted by an intern with experience in (2) jury trials. Jo.Co. has to keep the D.B. Dockets full to keep their Domestic Battery Division and "paid" internship programs leading the Nation. It is all about keeping the numbers up and Cash flowing to keep that MONEY TRAIN rolling. Mandated Batterers Intervention programs and Supervision fees added to huge court costs and fines. I have no funds for a top-notch lawyer that the D.A. will take notice and drop the case. My court appointed attorney means well and I know he thinks it's BS. But...As the intern prosecuter told him, "I'm just gonna throw what I can at the jury and see what sticks." Is it about justice and doing what's right? Or using me and my wife (to be) & 2 sons (9&11) life and future as fodder, just so an intern can gain trial experience at tax payers expense? My fiance is a nurse and is outraged that not one person has listened to her at all, despite her pleas that she was not battered nor have I ever abused her. Sad."
