Kansas City gunfire offered an afternoon interruption for nearby students . . .
Shooting near elementary school prompts lockdown in east KC
The shooting happened at 12:30 p.m. at a home located in the 4700 block of Kensington Avenue, which is just west of Elmwood Avenue and north of Emanuel Cleaver II Boulevard.
The shooting doesn't seem to be life threatening and the lockdown has been lifted . . .
I'm so livid right now. This is my daughter's school. Earlier this year, there was a flasher outside of my niece's school, and there was a shooting outside of the school that I'm sending my nephew to this fall.
ReplyDeleteWe've taken a chance with the "dreaded" KCPS, and it's not The District that is the problem. It's City Hall.
The city's priorities are economic development downtown and at the airport. It's not interested in fostering an environment in which the neighborhoods surrounding the schools are safe.
Emmanuel Cleaver II Boulevard is the new Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard. Run... the media is coming! LOL
ReplyDeleteI hear you, elBryan. I moved to midtown from suburbia back in the '80's, when KCMO promised to "bring the area back". I gave them 4 years and it became a total shithole. I moved my lily white ass back to the safety and quiet of suburbia and this is where I'm staying. Fuck K.C.Mo. !
ReplyDeleteYou cannot, repeat, cannot do business or have any association with NIGGERS. They are below contempt and will trash anything they see, touch or get near. NIGGERS are tumors and nothing more.
ReplyDeleteWhat is that Penny is packing? It looks too small to be a 38 so it must be a 45 or even 50? And what caliber is the gun?
ReplyDeleteelBryan, you took a chance on black people. They will prove their worthlessness every time.
ReplyDelete7:46 is right.
ReplyDelete+1 7:46pm Time and time again they disappoint. Steal. Kill. Rob. Rape. And using God to convince people that they should turn the other cheek. I've tried it. Not again. I give up.
ReplyDeleteHey 2:48, every big city has a Martin Luther King Blvd. It is a great indication to visitors where to avoid.
ReplyDeleteOur MLK is called Benton Blvd. Stay away from there
