I used to live in a small city that had ice storms nearly every winter. After each one, residents were to drag limbs to the curb for city pickup. On Monday, half of my neighbor's large tree fell in the street and I helped him drag it to my curb, assuming that KC would come and get it in a few weeks. Instead, I guess I'm supposed to load up a fucking tree in my trunk and drive it 30 minutes away? Um, no.
