Kansas City Northland Council Dude Russ Johnson has been on the minds of a great many local power players as of late.
There's a lot of gossip out there but we wanted to focus on more important NEWS that could soon impact Kansas City voters.

- Council Dude Russ Johnson is out front when we're talking Toy Train advocacy that appeals to this town's ruling class.
- Council Dude Russ Johnson and his supporters are attempting to lower his profile while he works background channels and might already be raising money for a second run.
- Council Dude Russ Johnson is the highest profile Northland politico who now holds a bit of ground across The River and is attempting to build a slate for friends also running during the next election i.e. Russ Johnson is making nice with Council Candidate John Fierro according to astute TKC TIPSTERS.
And so . . .
LOOK FOR COUNCIL DUDE RUSS JOHNSON TO START MAKING LIFE A BIT HARDER FOR MAYOR SLY IN THE UPCOMING MONTHS AS HIS CAMPAIGN STARTS TO RAMP UP!!!
Higher office has always been part of the game plan for Council Dude Russ. During an interview a couple of years ago it was clear that his linear way of thinking sees public service as more of a career ladder than a calling for public service - Really a combination of the two . . . I.E successful politicos get promoted to another term or higher office.
And so . . .
Count Council Dude Russ as Mayor Sly's FIRST opponent and look for his supporters to keep trying to convince us otherwise until their announcement next year.

Is this Glorioso trying to drive a wedge in the cohesiveness of the Mayor's team? These two are on the same page. Glorioso isn't getting any gravy from these 2.

ReplyDeleteGlorioso was one of several lobbyist, consultants who were paid $6K per month for at least six months. The sometimes Cleaver-staffer Phil Scaglia was also paid $6K per month. These payments may have come from coordinated committees.

Johnson hasn't been raising any money for re-election for anything. That is purely someone's fantasy. Any reference to supporters selling Johnson out is an illusion. If Glorioso is involved, it's a bald-faced lie, delivered with much saliva.
