Have you ever seen Gov. Jay and Sen. Claire McCaskill in the same room in the past year?

Didn't think so.

No, they aren't the same person . . . Even though most upper-class white people all look alike to me. In fact, only Kaley Cuoco and her Esquire Mexico Hotness makes an impression or differentiation in my mind . . .



But I digress . . .

Will there be a Gov. Jay photo op with Congressman Cleaver???

Please don't hold your breath waiting for it.

And here's where things get really interesting . . .

Just last night a Kansas City Political Insider noted EXCLUSIVELY to TKC . . .

"Yeah, he's not helping anybody and he's anything but a leader of the party. (MO House Rep. and Secretary Of State Candidate) Kander is counting on him to help but I'm really doubtful that Gov. Jay will do anything for any campaign but his own. That has just been his M/O for the past four years. I can say this for a fact: In Kansas City there isn't any Democrat elected official seriously counting on support from the Governor."

Obviously . . . TKC hopes that Gov. Jay will attempt to prove us wrong or at least we can "inspire" him to help out the Kander campaign that all of Kansas City seems to support.

But, most other Kansas City Democrats aren't hopeful of seeing any of the so-called leadership that Gov. Jay is touting in his commercials.
