Apparently a real steak house like Jess And Jims just doesn't have enough snob appeal for some critic who likes a bunch of crap on top of her meat.
ReplyDeleteWhat an idiot story.
ReplyDeleteLady you can't find class because you have no class. I find it hard to believe how any lady who is married to who you are could have a clue what good tatse is. Sorry but you leave a huge distaste as a local food critic.
Stop your whining get in the kitchen and cook for once. Let's see if you can do better. But I really doubt it.
Jess and Jims sucks. They don't even season their food. Fine for senior citizens, but not for people that actually like to taste their food.
ReplyDeleteThe days of a great steak in KC are gone for good! It ended with the demise of the stockyards and the intense local flavor for a Kansas City steak. Now, all you have is crap, fried in a hot pan, with nonsense for spices.
ReplyDeleteSNOB-BLOG!!!
ReplyDelete. The last good filet I has was from whole foods years ago. The best steak in this area is, however, found at CostCo. Get the prime cuts and you won't be disappointed. Then prepare it yourself.
ReplyDeleteHereford house was not bad at one time...before their salads became $15.00 and their steaks became overpriced snacks. You know you are sucking for air when the best steak in town is at the Outback.
ReplyDeleteToo bad but if you really want a great steak, head for Omaha. There are dozens of steak houses there, that know how it's done.
