And the season is pretty much over for The Kansas City Chiefs.
Football fans might have noticed that the Chiefs were only able to score as the Bills were on their way to the locker room.
The O-Line was abysmal and Matt Cassel was sacked repeatedly. For the most part it looked like team didn't really feel like playing and the Bills obviously wanted it more . . . Watching on TV the best part of the game was a money quote from the announcer noting that the Chiefs looked completely psychologically defeated; that was only in the first half.
More fun facts . . .
- In the 4th Quarter the game was so boring that most of the Bills fans left the stadium.
- Most local sports fans are EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED that The Chiefs aren't living up to expectations and promises of improvement for this season.
- The front office (Scott Pioli) basically looks silly as most of their picks and off-season moves turned out to be fruitless.
Basically, The Chiefs had their skirt pulled up regarding all of their hype in a way that's not as pleasing as the work of Denise Milani.
So, look forward to mainstream media attempting to salvage the rest of the season for ratings and other commercial interests . . . But for the most part . . .
THIS LOOKS TO BE YET ANOTHER SEASON OF FAIL FOR THE KANSAS CITY CHIEFS!!
And basically we wanted to get this post out of the way for Sunday because it's not worth discussing to start the week.

ReplyDeleteI never want to hear about the good old days of the chiefs ever again. Thaqt was 3 generations ago and present management doesn't care if it ever happens again. Flush the front office and find out what it would take to get Mr. Hunt to sell to a real owner who cares about the future of pro footbal in KC.

ReplyDeleteThe chiefs performance reminds me of the city governments performance. I have lived in KC since 2000, the chiefs made the play offs one time..the city council has failed EVERY TIME but they still have hard core fans! when are people going to wake up?

ReplyDeleteThe coach should play left offensive tackle instead. At least the defense would be slowed down enough to run around him. The offensive line now just seems to turn and run.
