Missouri Attorney General Chris Koster's office kept a thumb on the process of awarding contracts for legal services even after farming out that responsibility to a separate agency--something Missouri law doesn't specifically condone, according to a new state audit.
Among local Democrats this is a VERY BIG DEAL. The Missouri Auditor Tom Schweich smackdown of a Show-Me State politico very often called "Koster The Imposter" could lead to a very heated debate about ethics in State politics . . . Which will make everybody else giggle.
Ethics in state politics - to quote Larry the Cable Guy - "now that's funny".
