TKC SATURDAY NIGHT PLAYLIST!!! KANSAS CITY LIFE, DEATH AND THE LATEST E-ZINE!!!

Here's what we worked on today . . .

CHECK OUT THE LATEST TKC E-ZINE!!! IT'S A NICE LOOK AT KANSAS CITY POLITICS, CULTURE AND HOT MESS!!!

Of course we start out with the most important subject in this town . . . The local murder rate and a memorial to honor the victims on Wornall.

Then we show off some pics from a party we attended at Method - A rather KICK-ASS Crossroads boutique. Jabulani Leffal and Miles Bonny expertly hosted the event that was WAY more fun than your office holiday party.

Another item: We take a quick moment with Bryan Stalder who is an award winning comic artist, one of Kansas City's best and brightest and also a stay-at-home-dad.

SO DOWNLOAD THE LATEST TKC E-ZINE!!! IT'LL BE A LOT MORE FUN THAN WATCHING THE KANSAS CITY CHIEFS FAIL AT FOOTBALL!!!

Also . . . These songs inspired our little endeavor . . . Check the TKC Saturday Night Playlist . . .

As always, thank you for reading this week and have a safe and fun weekend!!!

  4. Crosses on a lawn, candlelight vigils, meetings, speeches, and all the rest. All reactive and quickly forgotten until the next homicide which is rarely more than a week away.
When is there going to be some leadership in the black community which begins to create an environment where all the good residents, which are the vast majority, simply refuses to accept neighborhoods of endless violence and mayhem? And when are folks going to realize that the police can't provide safer neighborhoods without their help?
The status quo is killing us.
