Just add that to the $12 million for the P&L District, $1.2 million for Kemper, $1.7 million for Citadel Plaza, and all the rest that we've all forgotten about.

And now, on to the new taxpayer-funded downtown hotel and trolley line! What could possibly go wrong?
And you get to pay an extra 1% on top of the usual just to live and work in such a fine city in order to cover the fail.
ReplyDeleteNote the state paid $85 million to rehab the hanger in 2005. For 25 $1.1 million lease payments that look to be stopping anyway? Even if AA does not default... great deal.
