TKC BREAKING NEWS!!! IT HAD TO HAPPEN SOMETIME: KANSAS CITY UNION BOSS LOUIE WRIGHT SUES TKC FOR DEFAMATION!!!

He was formerly Kansas City's most powerful Union Boss and now he's suing TKC according to a recent e-mail from the good folks at The Pitch.

Go check their PLOG because I sent just sent a nice quote their way!!!

The lawsuit is over a TKC TIPSTER claim and a Youtube video I posted . . . The second part of that statement makes me somewhat confident that I have a snowball's chance in Hell given that . . . Linking Youtube is not a crime - Case law backs me up on that. Oy.

But it's a fact: Without question the dude is the most powerful political force in Kansas City and I'm quite sure he can wipe out this blog without much effort.

I'll do my best to maintain and any defense I mount (no fish sticks) will be based mostly on free speech and the basic facts of TKC TIPSTER inside info that's always been pretty good.

ALSO IT'S INTERESTING TO SEE THAT LONGTIME UNION OPERATIVES BASICALLY WORKING TO CRUSH ANY DISSENT TO THEIR ONGOING RULE OF KANSAS CITY!!!

But we know that lawsuits are basically battles about money and in that regard . . . I'm screwed.

Update . . . Here's part of the quote I sent The Pitch too late for them to use:

"I am both ill-equipped and completely unprepared to face a lawsuit of any kind.
