A TRUSTED source on the scene said, "The Mayor and Alvin Brooks were on the scene and it didn't do a thing. They went home at 10 and the trouble started at 11."

The Star's report published 1:37 AM: "At least three youths were injured in shootings late Saturday night on the Country Club Plaza, where a melee erupted in which Mayor Sly James was shoved to the ground."
"Melee" is a very nice word for RIOT.
Mayor Sly James is reportedly reconsidering a curfew.
