Kansas City Crack Dealer Sentenced To Life

The Star reports on even ore local crime and punishment: "A Kansas City crack cocaine dealer was sentenced today to life in federal prison without parole. Deondre Cordell Higgins, 35, was found guilty last September of distribution and conspiracy to distribute crack cocaine from 2005 to 2008."
