    I am glad to hear that they are taking time to pass on the cultural history of Cinco de Mayo. It is far more than a reason to drink Mexican beer and eat Tacos. This is an event that I am seriously considering for tomorrow!

    Leave it to Mexicans to celebrate a lost war. If it wasn't for the U.S., Mexicans will still be under French rule. Which is probably an accurate representation of Mexican heritage.

    There is nothing American about Cinco de Mayo.... It's not apart of American culture. It should stay in Mexico. We don't care.

    Many Americans celebrate Cinco de Mayo as a way of celebrating their heritage. Each celebrating their heritage is the American culture.
