The Star: A pedestrian suffered life-threatening injuries after being struck by a vehicle about 11 p.m. on the ramp between Broadway and southbound Interstate 35, on the southwest corner of the downtown Loop, Kansas City police said.

Friday and Saturday nights they recklessly jump the gun turning right on red, or turning left, at 12th Street intersections between Broadway and Main. I live downtown....won't walk to Cosentino's anymore at those times.
