Kansas Cable Barrier Coverage Disparity

KCTV5: "KDOT officials met Friday to consider cable barriers along K-10 where a recent fatal crossover crash happened."

Of course it's a recent highway accident was a tragedy and I respect the efforts of a family working to make highways safer . . . However, weeklong Kansas City media coverage of this cable story eclipses so much other coverage of KCMO death that the disparity is simply hard to ignore . . . If only Eastside homicide earned this kind of rigorous coverage . . . Maybe death in the urban core would be taken more seriously.
