KMBC: Kansas City police are investigating a shooting in the 5700 block of Bales Avenue on Thursday afternoon.

    The revs would have been out preaching responsibility and parental supervision, but they were tied up flacking for the e-tax to make sure the city had plenty of money to keep some walking around change coming their way.
    When are the folks who live on the east side going to figure these guys out and look to others for some actual leadership?
