South Kansas City Power Line Protest

WDAF: "South Kansas City Residents say that they understand the need for the new power lines, but they just don't want them in their back yards, especially when they say that there's a shorter, cheaper route available if the Corp of Engineers would let KCP&L build the lines on federal property below the Longview Lake dam."
