Let's face facts. Jackson County is a loser in almost every way, and it is the fault of the people who live in Jackson County. Nothing more, nothing less.
ReplyDeleteThe inner city types won't finish school, they won't pick up the trash littering their neighborhoods, they will spray paint buildings, they will stand around on the corner with their pants hanging down.
The KC city workers contributed to the low ranking.
