What Kobach doesn't say is the "illegal aliens" avoid registering to vote or anything to do with voting. Because under the Immigration laws they would be barred for life from ever becoming a "green card holder" or ever becoming a US citizen.

Kobach is just endorsing voter suppression,...using the illegal alien argument.
What is this? You have to had ID or be legal to vote? Is there opposition to this?
ReplyDeleteThere is a provision that says you must prove citizenship prior to registering vote. If you read the law you would understand this provisions is directed at stopping voter registration.
ReplyDeleteAnother provision says you must have an ID card. Look at a map of KS and see how many old people don't have an ID and how far they will have to travel.
Opposition to voter ID makes absolutely no sense.
ReplyDeleteIf you are against it, it must mean you favor voter fraud.
