In Kansas City's 6th District At-Large . . . Tracy Ward's strong base of supporters might make the difference for this alternative candidate who opposes the E-Tax.
Here's the part where her efforts and those of her homies get serious:
"This year the Liberty Restoration Project Annual Christmas Party will take place Saturday December 11th, 2010 6-9pm upstairs in The Gusto Lounge located at 3810 Broadway Street. We will be rallying support and funds for our beloved executive director, Tracy Ward, and her run for City Council. There is a $5 donation at the door and we will have silent auction items available to help raise funds for Tracy's race."
Check the nice video promoting the event which was cut and posted gratis by a friend for another friend . . . And then remember that all of the other career politicos in this race only have connections based on mutual distrust, financial interests and party affiliation.
This should be interesting.
Developing . . .
Interesting bias you show to this newbie candidate. What a difference a couple of months/election and an offer of a bj to Tony makes. If this clown was running for Jacko Legistlature and wasn't swallowing loads of tkc gisism then she'd be Crystal. Wheres the sexism we've come to except for this lady candidate?
ReplyDeleteMore KCMO entertainment masquerading as serious political discussion.
ReplyDeleteThis election in KCMO should, and better, be a discussion about some very serious issues: crime and violence, paying for an implementing a $2.4 billion sewer upgrade project; a vote on the e-tax; falling revenues and increasing debt payments; services to residents that have been awful for years.
For once, running and serving on the KCMO council is not going to be just a hobby and a game for the usual suspects.
TKC making believe Tracy Ward is in any way a capable or serious candidate reveals the true nature of this blog: trivial and often silly entertainment, not a serious look at very serious issues.
If we're going to stick to ridiculous and irrelevant stories, let's go back to Royster/Rizzo.
Oh, we already have!
If Funkhouser and people like Tracy Ward win the elections, KC will have to build walls to keep residents from moving to the suburbs.
ReplyDeleteThen imagine the whining about other cities and states "stealing" from them.
What a bunch of losers!
I support.Travy Ward I know that she would work hard for all of KCM0. Mr.Jollu don't hate! Tracy Ward gets my VOTE. See ya sat.
ReplyDeleteTracy is beautiful. I will vote for her.
ReplyDeleteShe is an activist not a council person.
ReplyDeleteTracy will be a bigger embarassment than Funkhouser.
ReplyDeleteShe's a harlot, she gave me good head a while back, but she sucks in bed!
ReplyDeleteAny associate of Patrick Touhey is a threat to the public good.
ReplyDeleteThis gal is a flake who looks like she should be working in a dirty movie store at 24 Hwy & 435.
ReplyDeleteThats the problem with people in KCMO if you don't look like a caerrer politican you are not taking seriously. I like Tracy and I will vote for her over Mr and Ms Jolly and Mike Brown and the rest of them loser's in the 6th. She is true to herself and FIGHTS for the people. Thats the main point the people, wake up people.
ReplyDeleteIf they don't look like "career politican" are you kidding me 9:53. This is a serious business. You need to look somewhat professional. Pink hair, not professional. This is pretty basic.
ReplyDeleteRumor on the street is that Tract Ward is pregnant. But the problem is…she doesn’t know who the father is. She has admitted to friends that there is a possibility that four guys could be the father including a one night stand with a 19-year-old!
ReplyDeleteAs a KCMO voter I cannot make an informed decision on this candidate until I see her breasts. I also would like to know if she is being honest with the voters... Does the carpet match the drapes? That is all.
ReplyDeleteI'd like to do her feet.
ReplyDeleteLet's be tolerant of the pink hair community.
ReplyDeleteThey want to be taken seriously.
Snort. Snicker. Guffaw!
Well, she is interesting.
ReplyDeleteIt does seem that the city has a number of more important issues than red light cameras, but...
Hope her story gets wheels and she wins.
Then maybe she will focus on more important issues.
Does anyone seriously think she is any less bright than Ed Ford, Deb Herman, Beth Gottstein or Cindy Circo? These folks would be overmatched as an asst manager at Taco Bell. Yet they are taken seriously as leaders even though their entire job consists of asking development lawyers and union leaders how to vote.
ReplyDeleteI'll gamble the vote on Tracy Ward ANY DAY over the same 'ole same 'ole, who have been recycled through the city hall offices and/or their cronies.
ReplyDeleteI bet she will win, but it won't be a win for her district. The fact that she protested the TSA at the airport illustrates her lack of experience.
ReplyDeleteTracy doesnt break 10 percent but she beats chuck eddy
ReplyDeleteShe doesn't break 10 percent, but she could sure take 10 inches. Hey ooohhhhhh.
ReplyDelete7:06 get a life you loser, and get out of your mothers basement and get a girl friend and stop masterbating ya'll go blind.
ReplyDelete8:35 get one that was funny, but I like Tracy Ward because she handle's herself different and she does not play this stupid ass game in city hall, what the hell is wrong with you people. Keep going with the people that look the part but does not know how to be the part. And watch what you get.
ReplyDelete"We will be rallying support and funds for our beloved executive director, Tracy Ward, and her run for City Council. There is a $5 donation at the door and we will have silent auction items available to help raise funds for Tracy's race."
ReplyDeleteGood with she's protesting cameras and TSA rules in a city with 99 homicides and a failed school system. It's not like there's anything else going on. Just 99 dead people. But anyway, how about those cameras? That's really important.
ReplyDeleteSo we just ignore any other issues until eastside animals quit killing each other?
ReplyDeleteThat's gonna be a long wait there, numb nuts.
We are just big believers in Sherwood Smith and Louie Wright retiring early by using our members' dues. It would be most appreciated if everyone listed in this post would also write--just like louie wright!!!!!!--a check to everyone's favorite Sherwood and Louie's early retirement campaign pac!!!!!!! Our treasurer is Pat Gray and his loyal partner Jeff Roe.
ReplyDeleteHurry!!!If you write--just like Louie Wright!!!-- a check for more than $1000 we will give you a free Henry Rizzo bobblehead and a T-Shirt that reads "Sherwood Smith and Louie Wright retired early on my dues and all I got was this lousy T-Shirt."
Tracy Ward is the only candidate that thinks our taxes are too high. I hope she wins.
