The only credit that Will Royster and his campaign deserve is their ability to connect with backward Conservative local niche media audiences regarding unsubstantiated accusations of voter fraud.

Let's break down the very latest developments in this tired, ongoing MD40 controversy . . .

AWESOME TKC TIPSTERS are pointing out that there is a noticeable change in the rhetoric of incoming GOP MO House Speaker Steve Tilley. In the post-X-mas media lull he sounded a bit brash about a possible investigation or action in this divisive election but his recent comments about "doing nothing" on the Will Royster complaints speak volumes. Behind the scenes, there's talk that Tilley is politely ignoring anything more having to do with the controversy and the constantly campaigning Royster crew might have burned another bridge.

Mainstream media gives only cursory mention of this important fact: Last week the appellate court reviewing Royster's complaints chose not to send the case to the Missouri Supreme Court. Again, this case has been reviewed by a litany of judges and has received 2 separate legal opinions that do nothing to advance Royster's deluded ambitions.

Most importantly . . .

WILL ROYSTER AND HIS CREW ARE NOW DISTRACTING FROM THE MORE IMPORTANT ISSUES OF MD40 WITH THEIR SELF-INTERESTED PLOY THAT UNFAIRLY CONTRADICTS JOHN RIZZO'S DECISIVE VICTORY IN THE GENERAL ELECTION!!!

On this subject, Missouri Rep-elect Rizzo generously took a bit of time to offer a quote that speaks to his frustration more eloquently than this blog.

"For every minute that I devote to addressing these repeated and irresponsible attacks made by Will Royster, that's time that I don't have to work for the best interests of the voters in my District who elected me and deserve representation."

And now the question goes to Royster and company: When does it stop? John Rizzo will be sworn in and serve at a Missouri State Rep. Meanwhile, Royster has had MANY opportunities to make his case but has failed to convince ANYONE other than bored local media personalities . . . Royster and crew have alienated the members of the Democrat party of which they claim to belong and now are being used as pawns for GOP initiatives. At this point it's very obvious that Royster and company aren't interested in working in any meaningful way for better elections but remain committed to doing nothing more than wasting everyone's time.
