TKC Readers have been talking about this crew for quite some time . . . NBC Action News reporter Chris Hernandez has a rather AWESOME mainstream media news report on Kansas City's New School Political Candidates.

  7. Mahlon,Tracy & Diana are against the E Tax, I want to know what plans they have to replace them?

  8. Why should they tell you what plans they have to replace e-tax revenue? The politicians never told us their plans to spend it.

Or, they told us one thing and spent it on another.

Please note that the tax will no go away immediately, but phase out over ten years.

    Everybody freak out!!!

  9. If Kansas Citians vote out the E-Tax, wouldn't that mean they don't want to be TAXED anymore? Why would you find a way to replace that money? It won't come out of thin air, it has to come from the taxpayers. No e-tax, no more added funds for the city. Enough is enough!

  10. okay so you don't have a plan.

  11. Here's the plan for living without the E tax. Stop the Elite from skimming Easy money from the City Coffers. It's not difficult to see that $200 million has been the yearly allocation for corruption, unnecessary purchases of endless studies, the developers' bottomless free money pit, sharky lawyer's fees and other payouts.

  12. Fuck it. I like all of 'em.

    All rookie city officials.

I bet they hump their asses and stay honest for at least 3 or 4 years.

  13. Okay Tracy you still don't have a plan.

  14. I like Mahlon Davis 5Th District At Large. "I am not a politican". That alone is why I am voting for him.

We are suppose to be helping each other not tearing each other down, I guess some people forget that at there old age. Stop with the internet attacks and grow the hell up. We are not going to all ways agree but stop attacking others for what ever reason. You are acting jealous are something.

  17. Correction if you are in politics running for office then you are by definition a "politician" any one who says otherwise is either an idiot or lying. I will enjoy the posts from TKC the next couple of years as these folks become the "old/established" politicians. Simple minded people are always entertained by gimmicks and smooth talkers, how many more Troy Nashes do we need at city hall?

  18. "I am not a politican" is a great indicator of a politician. They're running for office, they're politicing no matter what they want to tell themselves.

Plus, Chris Hernandez is a douche. His stories could be written by a fifth grader.
